Samantha Glesmann serves as the General Counsel of Basser-Kaufman overseeing all legal matters for the company. Immediately prior to joining Basser-Kaufman, Samantha was a Senior Corporate Counsel at Amazon where she facilitated the rapid growth of Amazon’s physical retail stores and advised Amazon and Whole Foods Market on a variety of legal matters including real estate, economic development, and social responsibility. Samantha started her legal career as an associate in the real estate group of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York City.
Samantha received her BA in Public Policy Studies summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Duke University and received her JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She is admitted to practice law in New York and Washington.
