Marie Unapanta joined Basser-Kaufman in 1997 and brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to the firm. As Director of Retail Services, she handles all aspects of tenant relations, including lease administration, account billings and receivables. Additionally, she oversees day-to-day operations for Basser-Kaufman’s residential property-management services.
